No evidence that Three Gorges Dam caused climate change: report
The impeccable intellectual integrity of the Chinese Academy of Science tells me otherwise.  All these just tells me that the climate changes caused by the dam is so huge that PRC had to bring out the big guys to cover up the big mistakes made by the CUP, Deng and Li Peng, and that the CAS still doesn't have the guts to tell Chinese what it said about the dam before it was built.  But, of course, CAS must speak for the government, against the people, like all other institutions in China.
